Heat oil in a frying pan, add ginger, garlic & stir-fry for a minute.
Add the spring onion whites & other vegetables, sauces, pepper & stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
Now add the rice along with spring onion greens & salt to taste. Stir-fry for minutes. Serve hot!
