Recipe: Fry 200g onion in 200g edible oil in a pressure cooker. Add 3 Tomatoes, 200g curd, 1 spoon lemon juice, 50g Sakthi Briyani masala, 1kg mutton or chicken or 1/2kg vegetables and fry for 10 minutes. Add necessary water, 1kg Briyani rice, salt to taste, coriander/mint leaves and coo till whistle. After 20 minutes, tasty briyani is ready to serve.
