Bedekar Bhajjia Mix.
Ingredients: Besan, Salt, Chilli, Sodium bicarbonate compounded Asafoetida.
Direction for use: Mix entire packet of Bedekar Bhajjia Mix with a glassful of water (200ml) to make smooth batter. Make thin slices of potatoes. Keep these in water. Then take the slices one by one, dip into the prepared batter & deep fry in oil on medium to high flame. You can make Bhajjia or Pakodas of Pumpkin, flower, Brinjal, banana, Onions, Capsicum, Green chillies, Paneer etc. You have to make slices of pieces you desired size. You can make potato Vadas with this batter. For Kanda Bhajjia (Onion Pakoda), slit onion into long pieces. Add little crushed coriander seeds & green chilli paste. Sprinkle a little Bhajjia Mix (dry form). Then make it into a dough, after about 10 minutes deep fry into oil until golden brown. Serve hot with Bedekar Garlic Chutney.
