Shana Masala Chapatti also known as Thepla is a spicy variant of chapatti that contains Methi (Fenugreek) leaves with a blend of mixed spices, giving a disctint aroma and unique taste.
- Heat a Tawa or non-stick frying pan untill hot.
- Remove the frozen masala chapatti from the wrappings and place it on the frying pan.
- Cook on medium heat for about 1-2 minutes, gently moving it around the pan.
- Turn over and repeat the process, applying gentle pressure to the masala chapatti to ensure even cooking.
