Ching’s Secret Schezwan Sauce Mix - Recipe for Paneer Schezwan on back of packet. Just add paneer, capsicum and onion.
Great for all spicy preparations like Schezwan fried rice, noodles or vegetables. It’s a perfect blend of around 12 ingredients and can set any taste bud on fire.
Ching’s Secret Schezwan Sauce Mix Recipes - Schezwan Fried Rice / Schezwan Fried Noodles (Serves 4 - 5)
Ingredients:
4 tbsp Ching's Secret Schezwan Mix Sauce
200g rice, boiled or 200g Ching's Secret Noodles, boiled as per instructions
200g chopped vegetables of your choice
Salt to taste
Chopped spring onion for garnishing
Method:
Heat oil in a wok (kadai/frying pan) on high flame.
Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add Ching's Secret Schezwan Sauce with rice / noodles & stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Adjust the seasoning by adding salt. Garnish with chopped spring onions. Serve hot.
