The description and specification of products in the Web Site is only approximate. We have tried to provide as much detailed information for the products. If you have any specific dietary requirements or allergens it is your responsibility to contact us with your query and we will do our best to help you. If the relevant information is not available then you will be responsible for contacting the manufacturer directly to discuss your dietary requirements. Where a product does not mention allergen or dietary information you must contact us prior to ordering that item.

Descriptions and specifications of products available on this website are taken directly from the products packaging.

We may correct any error appearing in the Web Site or withdraw any product from sale without incurring liability. Price and availability is also subject to change without notice.

Although every care is taken in the quality of content on this site, there may occasionally be an error and items may be mispriced. In this event we will contact you to ask if you wish to cancel the order. We are under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.

The price of the products will include any applicable value added tax, but not the cost of delivery.

HOW TO ORDER

There are 3 ways to shop at Bazaar Foods.

3. Order & Collect: www.bazaarfoods.co.uk - Simply select this option at the checkout.

We will confirm receipt of your order by an automated e-mail to the address you have provided. You will then receive another email to confirm if your items are in stock or not. If an item is out of stock we will recommend an alternative product which you can purchase or cancel.

If you wish to see a product before deciding to purchase it, just select the item as normal when placing your order and state the items for viewing in the comments box during the checkout stage. At time of delivery you can view the item and if you do not wish to purchase it, simply return it back to the driver.This option is only available for deliveries in Milton Keynes.

Orders for 'Fresh Vegetables or fruit

Fresh vegetables are received three times a week Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. As some products are seasonal they will not be available all year round. For example, Indian mangoes

Orders for 'Mithai's / Indian Sweets

Fresh Mithai is delivered every Wednesday and Thursday. However, they can be refrigerated for a number of days which is for you to decide. Orders for special occasions or specific sweets must be received by Monday morning. Large orders require at least a weeks notice to guarantee delivery in time. Rasmalai can only be provided on special order as this item is not stored due to its short life.

Any Mithais or sweets ordered will be produced on premises where nuts, peanuts, milk, wheat, etc are handled as these are common essential ingredients used in these products. Whether a specific item contains any of these allergy ingredients in the recipe or not, cross contamination is highly likely as these products are often handmade and on the same premises. Therefore, the customer is responsible for checking any ingredients or allergens directly with the company manufacturing the products. Orders placed for Fresh mithai or catering cannot be cancelled. Payment will be processed before the order is taken.

Order & Collect

If you need an order urgently or do not wish to pay delivery charges, you can select 'Order & Collect' at the checkout. Please call to check your order is ready before arrival.

AMENDMENTS

If you've forgotten something, or need to make changes to your order, no problem! You can amend your order up to 9pm the night before your delivery.

CANCELLATION FOR DELIVERIES IN MILTON KEYNES

Any customer wishing to cancel their order must do so by 12.00 pm the day before delivery or collection to avoid a charge being made. However, any item that has been especially ordered to fulfil your order cannot be cancelled and you will have to make payment for those items.

CANCELLATION FOR DELIVERIES IN REST OF UK (OUTSIDE MILTON KEYNES)

If you cancel your order after we have despatched the products, then you must return the products to us at: Bazaar Foods, 99 Caxton Court, Garamonde Drive, Wymbush, Milton Keynes, MK8 8DD.

The products must be returned in the same condition they were sent and at your own expense. We recommend the use of a Recorded Delivery Service as we cannot be responsible for products not received at our warehouse.

You cannot cancel your order once you have opened any products or used the products.

PAYMENT

Payment is made on receipt of delivery, not online. We accept all major debit cards (minimum order value £5) and credit cards (minimum order value £20) as well as cash payments. If you wish to make payment before the delivery, please call us on (01908) 564848.


      

DELIVERY SCHEDULE FOR MILTON KEYNES

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday excluding Bank Holidays.

  • Select a time slot at checkout. This will be confirmed by Bazaar Foods via email or phone after the order has been received.

  • We endeavour to deliver your order within 1 business day. However, delivery can be between 1 to 5 business days. which would be agreed with the customer.

  • For Same day or Next day delivery your order must be received by 12pm. If your order is received after 12pm and you require same day delivery please call us and we will try to meet your requirements.

  • If no one is available to accept and sign for the delivery, Bazaar Foods will call you to arrange an alternative delivery time and you will be charged twice for the delivery charge.

  • With regards to order & collect, if you fail to collect your order by the agreed time, your order will be cancelled. Alternatively, please call us to avoid cancellation.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE FOR REST OF THE UK (OUTSIDE MILTON KEYNES)

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday excluding Bank Holidays.

  • We endeavour to deliver within 2-7 days. The customer will receive an email from Bazaar Foods to confirm delivery schedule.

  • Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote areas may take longer.

  • Currently frozen items cannot be delivered as all parcels are sent via a courier company overnight.

  • If you do not take delivery of the products or supply inadequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay delivery charges and any additional costs incurred by Bazaar Foods.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE FOR DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE UK

Frozen items cannot be delivered. If you do include a frozen item in your order we will inform you by email. You will have the option to cancel your order at this stage.

Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. You may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order reaches your country. We do not cover any additional charges for customs clearance these must be paid for by you (we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be).

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. It is advisable that you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Delivery may take longer. You will be advised by email before the parcel is despatched.

If you do not take delivery of the products or supply inadequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay delivery charges and any additional costs incurred by Bazaar Foods.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery Charges for Milton Keynes are listed below. Total order value excludes delivery charge.

  • Total order value up to £20 = £3

  • Total order value £20 - £50 = £1 (you are allowed to include up to two bags of flour or rice only. If there are more than two the delivery charge will be £3)

  • Total order value Above £50 = Free (you are allowed to include up to two bags of flour or rice only. If there are more than two the delivery charge will be £3)


  • If you need several bags of rice or flour please contact us on 01908 564 848 or via email and we will do our best to offer you a better deal regarding delivery charges.



    Delivery Charges for rest of the UK (outside Milton Keynes) are listed below. Total order value excludes delivery charge.
    Delivery charges are based upon your location and weight of the goods. You will receive a call or email from Bazaar Foods to confirm your delivery charge before despatching. Alternatively, you can contact us directly before placing your order.We reserve the right to amend these charges and minimum spend requirements, which are clearly defined during the checkout process.

    The delivery charge of £5.99 displayed at checkout, will allow a parcel weighing up to 15kg AND within certain sizes of the box or packaging. If your order is within these criteria your payment will be processed and the parcel will be despatched.

    If your order does not meet these criteria, you will receive an email after your order has been received, confirming your delivery charge and requesting your approval to process the order. When we receive your response via email to proceed with the order only then your payment transaction will be processed and the parcel will be despatched. No payment will be processed without your confirmation via email. You will also have the option to cancel the order at this stage.

    Delivery Charges for orders outside the UK

    Delivery charges are based upon your location, weight of the goods and dimensions of the parcel or packaging.

    The delivery charge of £5.99 displayed at checkout, applies to orders within the UK only.

    You will receive an email after your order has been received, confirming your delivery charge and requesting your approval to process the order. When we receive your response via email to proceed with the order only then your payment transaction will be processed and the parcel will be despatched. No payment will be processed without your confirmation via email. You will also have the option to cancel the order at this stage.

    As we are not able to deliver to all countries worldwide we have the right to cancel orders to specific countries.

    RETURNS/ EXCHANGE ITEMS FOR DELIVERIES IN MILTON KEYNES

    If you are not satisfied with an item simply give the item to the driver at time of delivery.

    If you find that an item is faulty that item may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund or replacement together with the sales invoice/receipt. You can call us and let us know within 7 days.

    With regards to fresh fruit, vegetables, frozen or chilled products, these items cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery. The customer is responsible to check these items at time of delivery. If they are not satisfied, they can return it to the driver at time of delivery and the customer will not be charged unless it is an item which has been especially ordered from our suppliers.

    RETURNS OF FAULTY ITEMS FOR REST OF UK (OUTSIDE MILTON KEYNES)

    We have a commitment to bring you the best quality products at our most competitive prices. We want you to feel completely confident and satisfied when you buy from us.

    Any complaints must be communicated via email or phone within 7 days of receiving the order.

    We retain the right to request a return of the faulty products by recorded delivery and the products will be inspected. This may require the product having to be sent to the supplier or manufacturer for inspection. If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned products.

    We will not be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging to return products. We also recommend using a recorded delivery service for returns as we cannot be responsible for products not received at our warehouse.

    Lost parcels must be reported within 7 days of the despatch date or we will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.

    If you find your products to be damaged in transit, you must report this within 24 hours of receiving the parcel via email at bazaarfoods@hotmail.com or call on 01908 564 848.

    Pricing Policy

    • Prices and the availability of special offers may vary for future dated deliveries and collections.
    • Weighed items such as fruit may vary in weight from that ordered.
    • The prices stated on the site are inclusive of any VAT payable.
    • All prices are shown in £ sterling and are subject to change.

    • If you are uncertain about a product you have the choice to view it prior to purchasing it.This option is only available for deliveries in the area of Milton Keynes.

    • Images are provided to help recognise products. Due to packaging redesign and improvements these may not reflect exactly the pack you receive.

    • If an item that you have ordered is out of stock, we will carefully select an alternative product, which you will have the option to purchase or return to the driver at the time of delivery only. This service is only available for deliveries in the area of Milton Keynes.

    • If your order is delivered outside Milton Keynes, you will be informed by email of any alternative products and prices, before the goods are despatched. You will then need to confirm by email if you would like to accept the alternative products or not. You will also have the option to cancel the order at this stage.
